But I still love you. :) --Kathleen Comments:
Such pensive, innocent beauty in this picture - I love it! Posted by Joyce at October 7, 2005 5:34 AMI am so impressed by your vision of common life... these smoky eyes of a girl have just touched my heart... thank you for your extraordinary talent, I am a great fan of your pictures! Irina, Russia, Kazan-city. Posted by Irina at October 8, 2005 6:50 PMYou have some spectacular work. Each is more breathe-taking than the next. What camera do you shoot with? And how much do you manipulate in the computer? Thanks, Marty Columbus, O. Posted by Marty Nowak at October 16, 2005 5:46 AMThis is amazing. I love her expression and the mood of it. Posted by Diana at October 19, 2005 4:54 PMThere is a massive potential in this photo. Congratulations! Your gallerie is a dream! Posted by Missy at July 10, 2006 11:01 PMVery beautiful piece! Posted by Rose at April 18, 2007 9:23 PMHi Keith Posted by Keith Worrell at October 19, 2007 11:18 PMAs I went to each image I marveled at your incredible photography. Then this one stopped me. The eyes, expression and a rescued kitten. Emotional and beautiful. Posted by Barb at November 28, 2007 11:05 PMYou've got some beautiful work out here, Kathleen. I think this one's certainly one of the finest, but you know what just struck me a bit with the girl's eyes in this photo? It reminds me of Catholic statues I've seen. I *know* there's some Immaculate Conception sort of depiction of Mary somewhere that this makes me think of. And if she saved that little kitten, there might be a lil' spark of Divine Light for sure. :D EXCELLENT PORTRAIT! Sorry to be the bearer of possible bad news but I have seen this on the above website belonging to Laurel Jacobs claiming it as her work!!!! She has recently been banned from a website called Photography-Cafe for publishing stolen images!!! Superb work you do by the way. Wayne Posted by Wayne Molyneux at March 2, 2009 6:54 PMLaurel Jacobs has now removed in the region of 180 images from her website & other forums etc, including those images you have here on your blog.
