Another Civil War reenactor. It's kind of amusing to me that none of the reenactor images were posed shots - the subjects knew how to look dramatic without any direction from me! I suppose to some degree that reenactors are actors, right? I get more fascinated with these people all the time.

Post-processing: Curves, selective color saturation and de-saturation, some black 'grunge' brushing in 'multiply' mode.

Sorry if I've been a little lax in responding to emails, etc. For the last few weeks, I've been in the process of printing, framing and hanging 40 pieces for my show that starts this weekend, and my schedule has been a little nutty! again, fake... not possible to expose both for the individual and the sky, would have to use fill flash which is clear you didnt, ridiculous

Couldn't he have just taken 2 shots at the same time for low and high explosure, then blended them?

Either way, if you're such a concerned viewer, why even view?
