Three Friends at Cooks Creek

I'm in the process of re-working my archive system - so things might look a little strange if you decide to click on my "Archives" link. It'll take several weeks to iron out, but everything will be better once it's all done. In the meantime, if there is any particular image you're looking for and can't find, just shoot me an email. Thanks!

These were shot back in September on a gorgeous early autumn day at Cooks Creek - a lovely stream (home to wild brown trout, native brook trout and a few endangered species) that runs through Durham Township and a great place to spend a warm afternoon.

Cap, Tom and Lloyd, the fellas in the top shot, lived and worked in or around Durham Township most of their lives and have a few tales to tell. Cap is 87 and still walks a mile to Tom's house to shoot the breeze. Lloyd lives next door to Tom. I love spending time with them.

Perhaps the fellas in the bottom shot are miniature versions of Cap, Tom and Lloyd. :)

Post-processing: These were shot with Fuji Neopan 1600 film. Not much post-processing except some curves adjustments and tone correction; also removed dust and scratches.

Thanks, as always!

You have to smile;yet it gets even better w/the little child in the background..Just Wonderful!
