The Milking Hour

This photograph was taken sometime between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. when the late day sun was pouring into the barn.

Post-processing: Shot with the Canon EOS 5D and the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L lens at 24mm, ISO 1600, shutter speed 1/250s and aperture f/2.8. Curves adjustments, color balancing for tone.

That's incredible depth of field for f/2.8 in low light, and surprisingly low noise at ISO1600 - obviously that full-frame CMOS sensor does its job well!
