This is Glenn Elliot of Suches, Georgia. I went to Suches on a commercial assignment job in October 2006 and we did some shooting on Mr. Elliot's property. No question: Mr. Elliot had the bluest eyes I've ever seen in my life! Everyone on the crew was flabbergasted. We were also impressed with his hopitality and generosity, although that seems to be the way of the world there in Suches. :)

Post-processing: Shot with the Canon EOS 5D and the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L lens at 35mm, ISO 200, shutter speed 1/250s and aperture f/2.8. Basic curves adjustment for contrast.

the forum thread was about landscapes but i happen to see this portrait and felt obliged to say its BRILLIANT! his quirky appearance and expression, and the sign gives this shot character.
