A Field of Grape Hyacinth (Muscari botryoides)

PHOTOGRAPH INFO

This photo was taken in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. We had two days that were warm enough for bare feet - now there's a chance of light snow in the forecast! Spring is full of suprises. :)

Post-processing: Shot with the Canon EOS 5D and the Canon 180mm f3.5L Macrolens at 180mm, ISO 200, shutter speed 1/200s, aperture f/6.3. Curves adjustments, color balancing.

Thank you for visiting Durham Township!

Your pictures are so beautiful. They remind me of the house I grew up in in Berks County. I googled berks county prints and your sight came up. Thank you so much for taking such beautiful pictures and for helping me remember "home" while I am away.

Wow, I love the color and how you've made it trump by the choice of focus that you've made.

Words fail me as tears fall. I grew up in Riegelsville, NJ. My grandmother always had these growing along the sidewalks and I remember countless hours playing amongst the beautiful flowers as a small child. I was thinking of them earlier today, and here they are.
Your work is beautiful.
